This cake looks easy, but takes hours to do all of the tiny detail work. This was done for a birthday, but can be done as an extravagant wedding cake!

I would offer covering the turrets in fondant and the rest in whatever sparkling design you wish! A carriage can be added also, pulled by cookie horses!
